English-language website for the international sports agency Hola Sport — built from scratch, aligned to a new-level positioning, delivered before negotiations with foreign athletes began.

The agency was transitioning from CIS to international format and was already in negotiations with the first foreign athletes. The previous site didn't convey the needed level of positioning — it's hard to look serious to European clubs and athletes with such a tool.
The agency founder set a clear deadline: the site needed to be ready before active negotiations began. The target audience was simultaneously athletes, clubs, and agents, so the site needed to work for all three groups.
