The Client's Challenge

The retreat direction of Konakovo River Club had no dedicated website: inquiries came through managers manually, and potential guests couldn't check date availability on their own. Mixing retreat traffic with the main hotel site made no sense — these are different products with different decision logic.

The retreat centre's audience is dual: corporate clients choose the venue for offline meetings and team retreats, while private guests seek conscious rest in a digital detox format. Both groups decide slowly and deliberately: the site needed to answer all questions and drive an inquiry without a phone call to management.

We built a conversion landing page on Tilda from scratch: structure for two audience segments, atmospheric island visuals, clear CTAs. The key feature — an embedded availability calendar: guests see free dates in real time and proceed directly to booking without calling the hotel.
