The Client's Challenge
Like Home had an extensive and growing partner agent network. Scaling exposed an operational problem: agents were constantly contacting managers with the same questions — deal statuses, commission calculations, and payment timelines. Manual interaction worked when the network was small. As it grew, it became a bottleneck.
The client needed a product that would let the network scale without proportional growth in operational load. The target audience: partner agents who bring clients to the agency and need real-time visibility into their deal statuses and expected payouts. Telegram was the obvious channel — agents were already using it as their primary messenger.
Solution
What We Built
We designed UX/UI for a Telegram Mini App covering the full partner agent workflow: from viewing active deals to receiving commission. The interface follows native Telegram patterns — dark theme, minimal data presentation, minimum steps to key information. The 50+ screen prototype and flows were delivered in Figma, ready for handoff to development.
