Challenge

The Client's Challenge

Like Home — a real estate agent platform — hit a growth ceiling: conventional recruitment methods yielded 10–20 new partners per month. Scaling to hundreds and thousands of agents required a fundamentally different tool.

Real estate agents are a specific audience: they value their time, thrive in competitive environments, and want to see personal benefit before making a decision. Convincing this audience through banners and standard funnels is hard. Convincing them through a game where they're already earning virtual commissions and see their ranking — that's a different conversation.

Solution

What We Built

We designed the full UX and visual design in Figma: a Telegram Mini App in game format with its own economy. The player acts as an agent — buys properties, sells them, earns virtual commission, and levels up their commission rate. Referral mechanics drive viral growth: each agent brings the next.

We needed an unconventional marketing tool — something that would attract agents by the thousands, not dozens. The game idea was ours, but turning it into an engaging product was Frog Studios' job. They understood the mechanics, proposed a logical UX, and created a design worth showing off. Now — on to development.
