The Client's Challenge
The client had a clear product vision and was ready to run traffic — but the previous contractor delivered a frontend that wasn't fit to show anyone. On top of that, key features — the mortgage calculator and NIS check — were held together with workarounds. The Telegram lead generation channel was effectively idle.
VIK helps military servicemembers obtain mortgages under the NIS program. The target audience is active-duty military who use Telegram as their primary messenger. The Mini App format lets users engage without installing a separate app, right inside the client's Telegram channel.

What We Built
We rebuilt the frontend from scratch, adapting it to the existing backend, and then completely rearchitected the backend — replacing workarounds with a stable foundation. The result: a production-ready product ready for traffic.
