We Make It — a creative agency simultaneously managing dozens of contractors. Contracts, amendments, acts, invoices — hundreds of pages monthly, done by hand. The owner spent a significant portion of working time on administrative routine that had nothing to do with creating concepts.
Document workflow became a direct barrier to growth: while the agency founder dealt with paperwork, the team lost speed and focus. An internal tool was needed to eliminate the routine completely — without compromise.
Solution
What We Built
We built an internal web service with smart text input: just write 'with client X for amount Y we signed Z' — the system will automatically generate the full document package needed. Stack: React + Next.js, Golang. Built in 3 weeks instead of the standard 4 months thanks to Frog Studios' AI-first approach.
