The Client's Challenge
After the High Life platform launched with 50+ partners and thousands of residents, content management became a manual process. Any change to partner offers or user data required involving developers. The Pioneer team needed a tool to work with the platform independently.
High Life is Pioneer's closed digital platform for residents of the same-name complex. After MVP launch the user base grew quickly, and the content workload demanded a dedicated admin solution. Panel users are Pioneer managers and staff responsible for the loyalty program and communications.

We built a closed web panel giving the Pioneer team full control over the platform without developer involvement. The interface is built around key entities: users, partner offers by category, push notifications, and analytics.
