The Client's Challenge

The Ostrov spa complex only existed as a hotel amenity: guests discovered it after check-in, not as a reason to visit. There was no separate acquisition channel — no destination to run ads to. Yet the complex was self-contained: signature bathing programs, a unique location on the Volga riverbank, experienced bath masters. The potential was clearly untapped.

Ostrov is a premium spa complex with signature bathing programs, located within Konakovo River Club but positioned as an independent unit. The target audience is people actively seeking a bathing experience — not just 'whatever the hotel has.'

Solution

What We Built

We built a self-contained landing page within the main Bitrix site — with its own structure, navigation, and message. The page doesn't require navigating other hotel sections: guests see the atmosphere, programs, prices, and a booking form within a single scroll. Technically part of the main site; marketing-wise — a standalone product.
