Hot App — Mobile Concierge for Hotel Guests
Mobile app for iOS and Android that turns a guest's smartphone into a personal concierge: order food, SPA, conference rooms, and laundry — without calling reception.

Challenge
The Client's Challenge
Hotels were losing revenue from paid services: guests simply didn't know they existed or didn't want to call reception. The language barrier blocked foreign guests from accessing services, and complaints went to external platforms — after checkout.
The client — HotApp, building digital infrastructure for the hotel market. The goal was to deliver the MVP in 6 months and complete full functionality in 2 more. Users: hotel guests for whom the app becomes their single point of service interaction.
Solution
What We Built
We built a native mobile app for iOS and Android. The guest scans a QR code at reception, gets access to the full hotel service catalog, and books a SPA, orders room service, arranges laundry, or reserves a conference room in a couple of taps. Complaints are handled through a built-in form — the hotel responds before the guest checks out.
