Hotel staff managed additional services through scattered tools: laundry, spa, conference room orders — each in its own system. Guest reviews appeared with delays and responding before checkout was impossible. The manager had no unified view of department workload and staff performance.
The client — HotApp, building digital infrastructure for the hotel market. The admin panel was developed as an operational tool in the ecosystem: staff managed services where guests saw the mobile app. Users: department managers and hotel line staff.

What We Built
We built an admin panel that unified the entire operational loop of additional services: laundry, spa, sports activities, conference room rental — one workspace instead of a zoo of systems. Configured integration with 5 PMS systems (Edelweiss, Logus, Bnova, and two more). Embedded real-time review monitoring: a department manager sees a dissatisfied guest during their stay and can deliver a compliment before checkout.
