Writer — Telegram Mini App for Collaborative Storytelling
Telegram Mini App for collaborative story writing: each chapter is written by a new author who passes the baton forward. From idea to finished product — in 1 month.

Challenge
The Client's Challenge
The founders came with a 'raw' idea — no clear product description or design. The task was not just to write code but to help package the concept: how the co-authorship chain works, how the 'relay baton' is passed between authors, what UX would make the product feel alive. By conventional methods, such a project would take 4 months.
Writer is a startup with a fundamentally new content format: stories as collective creativity in Telegram. The product's users are authors who want to write collaboratively with friends, passing the story along a chain. Frog Studios' task: take ownership of everything — from concept packaging to UX design and development.
Solution
What We Built
We built a Telegram Mini App from scratch: a complete cycle from concept to live product. An author writes a chapter and passes the baton to a friend or acquaintance — they continue the story. This is how collective stories with a unique co-authorship structure are born.
Key Features
- Create a story and configure parameters (genre, audience, restrictions)
- Pass the 'baton' to a specific author via Telegram
- Story feed: filters, search, top rankings
- Story detail page with chapter and author history
- Comments and reactions on stories
- Author profile with participation history
- Friends and social graph within the app
- Onboarding for new users

“We didn't expect results on this timeline — and the quality completely exceeded expectations. Now we can test hypotheses quickly and develop the product step by step at a pace that seemed impossible before.”
