Event App — Telegram Mini App for a Corporate Event
Telegram Mini App for a large 1,500-attendee corporate event. A unified digital hub: speaker schedule, venue navigation, business Tinder for networking, and partner catalog — all inside Telegram.
Challenge
The Client's Challenge
A large marketing company was organizing a major 1,500-person corporate event. They needed a convenient digital tool for attendee engagement: off-the-shelf solutions didn't fit — the company wanted a proprietary product in the same channel where the entire registration funnel was running.
The event took place across a large venue with multiple themed zones and partner booths. Attendee registration was handled through Telegram, so the Mini App became a natural continuation of the user journey — no separate app installation required.
Solution
What We Built
We built a Telegram Mini App as the event's unified digital hub. The flagship feature was the business Tinder — a Tinder-style format for professional networking right at the event, which delivered record engagement. We also implemented an interactive map and a speaker schedule.
Key Features
- Event program with speaker schedule by hall
- Interactive venue map: zones, partner booths, navigation
- Business Tinder for professional networking in Tinder format
- Partner catalog with descriptions and contact details
- Client product showcase for attendees
