The restaurant group ran marketing promotions, but campaigns were blasted to the entire list — with no regard for guest preferences, no personalization, and no optimal timing. Conversion was low: most messages went without a response.
Rodnaya Kukhnya is a restaurant chain in Krasnodar with an accumulated guest database: visit history, orders, and preferences. The marketer managed campaigns manually through standard mailing tools. Guests received irrelevant offers and gradually lost interest in the restaurant's messages.

We built an AI platform with two layers: a Telegram bot for the marketer and a personalization engine under the hood. The marketer creates a promotion — adds a description, sets a period — and the system automatically selects the audience, generates personalized texts, and sends each guest a message at the most suitable moment.
