We built a platform with an AI interlocutor that plays out typical scenarios: cold call, objection handling, final price negotiations. The system analyzes the manager's responses in real time against a competency checklist, and after each session provides a detailed breakdown with specific recommendations. The manager sees each employee's progress in a dashboard.
