Rest Go marketers spent hours collecting data from different systems: cash reports — separately, reviews — separately, guest history — nowhere. A restaurateur couldn't quickly answer 'who is my guest' and make data-driven decisions.
The initiative came from the marketing director: the team analyzed the market and found that none of the existing tools addressed the need for unified guest analytics. Platform users: restaurant owners and marketers.
Solution
What We Built
We built a web platform with two levels of analytics. For the marketer — a summary dashboard: revenue, trends, guest segments, review dynamics. For the dining room — a real-time guest card: visit history, food and drink preferences, average check. The waiter sees the guest loves expensive champagne — and suggests exactly that.
