Restaurants were losing revenue due to service speed: guests waited long for a waiter, orders reached the kitchen slowly, and tips were rarely left. A digital solution was needed that integrates seamlessly into hall operations — and syncs with R-Keeper and iiko during peak hours.
Rest Go developed a restaurant automation product — a promo app that became the start of a long-term partnership with Frog Studios. Users: restaurant guests and hall staff at 15+ venues.
Solution
What We Built
A React Native mobile app: the guest scans a table QR code, sees the menu with photos and nutritional info, adds dishes to cart — the order automatically goes to bar and kitchen printers. A Golang backend syncs with R-Keeper and iiko in real time. Calling the waiter, paying the bill, tipping, and leaving a review — all on one screen.
