Logistics managers manually monitored the ATI.SU exchange for every request — each query took 15–20 minutes. With a heavy shipping schedule, this added up to several lost hours daily.
Stroy-Alliance regularly ships cargo on fixed routes. Optimizing logistics costs is a direct lever on margins. The goal: give managers a tool that's convenient to use from a phone, with no extra steps.
Solution
What We Built
We built a corporate Telegram bot with a step-by-step dialog: the employee selects a route from the directory, specifies the date, vehicle type, and cargo parameters — the bot automatically queries ATI.SU and returns a summary with prices and contacts. Access is restricted to a whitelist of Telegram IDs.
