As the studio grew, project managers hit a ceiling: managing more than 5 projects simultaneously without losing quality was physically impossible. Project knowledge was scattered, deadline tracking was manual, and contractor communications descended into chaos as workload increased.
The task emerged as part of Frog Studios' systematic transformation into an AI-first company. After automating proposal and spec generation, the next bottleneck was project management itself: we needed a tool that scales PM throughput without hiring new people.

What We Built
We built an AI assistant for project managers that becomes the single knowledge hub for each project. The service decomposes tasks, creates them in the task tracker, monitors deadlines, and helps keep contractor communications structured and transparent. Under the hood — complex multi-agent orchestrations based on Claude and OpenAI.
