Developing proposals and estimates consumed enormous resources: managers, analysts, and senior developers spent 3 to 7 days on each proposal. Costs reached 250,000 ₽ per month — and quality still depended on subjective factors and human errors.
The task arose as part of Frog Studios' transformation into a fully AI-first company. We needed a tool that automates one of the most resource-intensive internal processes — and simultaneously improves estimate quality, not just speed.
Solution
What We Built
We built a web service with a multi-agent architecture: the system accepts transcripts, a completed brief/spec from the client, and sales manager comments, then agents (senior-level analysts and developers as LLMs) produce a finished proposal. Models are trained on 1,000+ real Frog Studios estimates for accuracy matching team expertise.
